Trucking company has come forward to settle down the claims of June 2006 death of two young girls at 9$ million. These claims were settled on the behest of families for the wrongful deaths of their girls. A claim for wrongful death has been a kind of penalty imposed upon the people responsible for it. Though this claim or the compensation is not going to bring back the lives of little girls but it can at least serves as the punishment to the ones who have been so negligent. Usually the claim is entitle d for the victim’s dependents or the people who have incurred serious injuries from the terrible incident.

Korren Radke, who was 7 years old and Chole Baker who was 2 years old died in California on Highway-41when a truck with concrete pumper that is being owned by Brundage-Bone concrete rear-ended the car including family. The family’s car had been stopped midway on the pretext that it is a disabled vehicle.

The truck was commuting at very unsafe speed while it rounded the corner by hitting the car of the victims that in turn hit victim’s car in front of it; this has been reported by California Highway Patrol who witnessed this whole incident.

The attorney of victim’s family said that the trucking company will pay Charles Baker and Amber Allen Baker, an amount of $7.5 million and Craig Radke who is Korrean’s father will be paid $1.46 million money. Also, the company settled their issues with the Kathy Bello, whose vehicle too got stuck in this whole chain reaction.
