Mauling Victim’s Family Hires high Profile Lawyer San Francisco

The family of the 17 year old victim has hired an attorney to sue the city on the pretext of the wrongful death. This lawsuit will be an example to all those who due to their negligence are falling under the death. The carelessness of the staffs and security members of San Francisco Zoo has led the incident increasing at a rapid phase.

Carlos Sousa, Jr. died after a tiger ran away from its cage, and attacked him on the Christmas day. The other two friends of the victim who were present at that time had fortunately survived after the dreadful attack of the tiger.

Michael Cardoza, the attorney of the family said, “These parents are through an awful lot. There is nothing worse than losing a child. The family needs to be compensated for their horrendous loss, but they have said to me several times that they want to make sure that no other family has to go through something like this”.

Last week, a snow leopard was chewed up its impermanent enclosure and came out from it and a week before this incident, a polar bear almost climbed out of its enclosed area. Since the attack, zoo has to additionally deal more carefully on its safety issues.

Sharon Smith hired Cardoza, a successful attorney in order to represent the litigation against the wrongful death of her cohabitant Diane Whipple in 2001. Diane was dreadfully met her death by the two giant Presa Canario belonging to her neighbor in the hallway in her own apartment.
