Rawalpindi, Pakistan: Javed Iqbal Cheema, Interior Ministry’s spokesman told the media that important clues to the Monday suicide bomb attack have been found. Those who have been arrested are being interrogated. He also said the finding cannot be made public at this stage. He did not rule out the possibility of foreign hand in these terrorist activities.

Police arrests suspects in connection with Oct. 18 bombing

Islamabad, Pakistan: Police has arrested Al-Qaeda militant who is being linked with bombing carried out on Ms. Bhutto on Oct. 18, 2007 in Karachi, the day she arrived in Pakistan after a long self exile.

Islamabad, Pakistan: Mr. Farhatullah Baber on behalf of Asif Ali Zardari clarified that his comments in the interview to the US newspaper were misinterpreted. Zardari has simply said that opposition parties do not have majority in the parliament to remove the president.

Pakistan Expo date rescheduled

Islamabad, Pakistan: The date of Expo Pakistan has been rescheduled by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan. The exhibition will now be held on October 27, 2008. The three day exhibition will end on October 30, 2008
