Jacobabad: (AFP) Speaking at the inaugural session of a potable water project Musharraf said that he will convene the National Assembly session after 2 weeks if the political parties maintain peace in the country.

Islamabad: Consultations between Pakistan Peoples Party and Pakistan Muslim League – N has not yet reaped results. They have vouched to continue discussion to find solutions on different issues including the issue of reinstatement of judges.

Meeting of Asif and Nawaz scheduled today

Lahore: Leaders of PPP and PML-N are scheduled to meet today to sort the differences they have on issues like reinstatement of judges and on working correlation with the President of Pakistan.

New Delhi: In the Indian Punjab jail 48 Pakistanis are suffering even though they have completed the person term. They have also not been allowed consular access which is a compulsory requirement under agreement signed by India and Pakistan.

Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League –N will supports the lawyer’s movements and will also support them in the “Black Flag Week” which will be observed by the Lawyers community.

Karachi: Business activities at the Karachi Stock exchange started high. During the days session the KSE index rose to 15, 185.31 but by the close of the days trading session the index dropped by 58.19 points.
