Beijing: While speaking to SCO forum here in China, Pakistan’s President Pervaiz Musharraf has hailed the Central Asian group including China and Russia for working with NATO in securing peace in the Afghanistan.

Islamabad: The National Assembly adopted a resolution through which the government will now write to the UN to seek their help in arriving at a conclusion on Benazir Bhutto’s killing.
Nawaz and Asif to meet today
Islamabad: Nawaz Sharif and Asif, both the chief’s of the collation parties are scheduled to meet today and discuss the issues of restoration of judiciary. They might also discuss impeachment of the President during this discussion.

Kabul: The US assistant secretary of state Mr. Richard Boucher during a press conference stated that the Taliban have been squeezed by the Pakistani and the Afghan forces.
Pakistan needs to raise fund to meet financial pressure
Islamabad: The high rising oil prices, wheat and palm oil prices have created a big gap in the Pakistan’s financial affairs. The country needs to raise $1.0 billion to over come the crises and have decided to approach friendly countries like China, Saudi Arabia etc to raise the funds required
