London, England (AP): CNN reported Amy Winehouse, the 24-year old English soul singer, has received a formal caution for assault by the police on Saturday for scuffling with two men on a night that she spent at the Holborn Station, central London. The formal caution means that although she has not been legally charged, but the incident will be remaining on the police records and will count against her if she will be charged with similar assault in future.

Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil, her husband, were also arrested during October in the Norwegian city for possessing drugs. The incident happened only a little time before she won 5 Grammy awards this year for her album ‘Back to Black.’ She was also arrested in December in London as she was suspected to interfere with the court case that involved her husband. He is in jail at present and is waiting for his judgement on the case in which he is charged for assaulting a bar man.

In spite of her missed concerts, erratic behaviour and spells in the drug rehab, the music career of Amy Winehouse has really flourished. According to the annual Rich List published this week by the Sunday Times newspaper, her estimated wealth is around £10 million.
