Tehran: (Reuters): The US forces and NATO has failed to halt production of Poppy in Afghanistan. The Iranian drug control authority requested the European governments to help Iran in combating drug trafficking for Afghanistan.

Bangladesh bans export of Rice

Dhaka: (Reuters) The government of Bangladesh has imposed a 6 months ban on export of non-aromatic rice. This step is taken by the government to secure the country’s domestic requirements.
