PML – N to tender resignations to the Prime Minister today

Islamabad: Grieved Nawaz Sharif made an announcement yesterday that his party will resign from the ministries as the decision of restoration of judiciary did not materialize. The party however reiterated that they will not allow any conspiracies against the government and the people of the country.

Pakistan Peoples Party to appoint a new finance minister on Tuesday

Karachi: Following the decision to resign from the ministries by Pakistan Muslim League (N), Pakistan Peoples party has decided upon the name of new finance minister. Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani will be announcing the name of the Finance minister today.

Law and Order to be maintained at all costs – says Rehman Malik

Islamabad: After the decision to pull out by the PML-N the government fear wide spread demonstration by the lawyer’s community. In order to secure peace in the country, Rehman Malik, the advisor to the PM on the internal affairs has directed the heads of all the security agencies to keep the forces ready to curb any acts of violence in the country.

Common Wealth welcomes Pakistan

London: Pakistan regained its entry into Common Wealth after six months of suspension followed by the emergency levied by the President of the country. Full membership of the country has been resorted.

After a week of downslide stock gain 58 points on Monday

Karachi: Monday turned out to be the day of spontaneous buying of stocks at the Karachi Stock Exhange. The day closed with a modest rise in the KSE-100 index that stood at 14,286.61 points at the close of the days trading session.
