According to the president at Media by Numbers, Paul Dergarabedian, “This month offers the marketplace the opportunity to catch up with last year. Last year’s June was not as strong as expected and this year’s may be stronger, so we’re definitely narrowing the gap in terms of revenue and attendance.”
Jack Black has done the voice over of “Kung Fu Panda” for Po, a panda that transforms into martial artist. The voice over includes artists like Angelina Jolie, Lucy Liu, Jackie Chan and Dustin Hoffman. The movie was instant hit among young children and families while older people formed 71% of total audience.
