New Delhi (Reuters): “India is aware of its responsibilities as nuclear weapon state” said the Indian President during the International conference on nuclear free world. He stated that also said that Nuclear disarmament would never work until major nuclear power simultaneously engaged in the same process.
IBM Roadrunner – The fastest computer
Washington: (Reuters) IBM Roadrunner supercomputer that has been developed in the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico is the first fastest computer that can make 1,000 trillion calculations per second. The computer is designed to run virtual tests of US nuclear weapons.
Afzal Guru requests Indian government to carry out his execution orders
New Delhi: In a rear interview Afzal Guru (Kashmir death row convict), who has been sentenced to death by the Indian High Court said that Lal Kishan Advani should become the Prime Minister of India as he is the person who will be able to carry out swift execution of the courts order.
The mercy petition is pending with the President of the country and has been lying unattended since 2004.

Belgrade (Reuters): Alelsandar Spasic, stool 1.5 million Euros from the bank in which he worked. He left a note “I am sorry” and waited in a café for the police to come and arrest him. The motive of the theft is still unknown. The police recovered the stolen money that was buried in the nearby park.

Berlin (AFP) Countries like Syria face the threat of unilateral action by Israel. The IAEA chief said ““With unilateral military actions, countries are undermining international agreements, and we are at a historic turning point, we only heard of the Israeli action from the television. No-one gave us any information or informed us of their suspicions,”
