Birmingham, Alabama (CaymanMama.com) — All children an individual first and their innate personality as well as their environment are major factors affecting their life. In addition to that, the growth and brain of each gender is different and thus influence their behavior.

As far as discipline is concerned, boys seem to be harder to listen than girls. The hearing power of girls is more sensitive and verbal centers of their brains tend to develop faster; that is why girls react better to discipline policies like warnings and praises. Observers have reported that boys suffer more from disorders like bipolar disorder, conduct disorder, hyperactivity, sensory integrating disorder, attention deficiency disorder and opposition defiant disorder.

Experts say that boys, in comparison to girls, are more aggressive and rambunctious. They like to take risks and that is why they get hurt more and use bandages more. While girls may need to take risks more like swimming in the deepest end, jumping off the wall and trying a bigger slide.

Girls seem to be attracted towards textures and colors like rainbows while boys towards moving bodies like warships. Girls learn talking earlier and also use more extensive vocabulary; in addition to that, they are more capable of connecting their feelings with their words.
As girls are more people-oriented and compliant, they grow up with less confidence and more insecurity than the boys. The cultural pressure asks the girls to put the needs of other people first, that is why they learn to ignore their own feelings and requirements leading to suffer their own self-esteem.

Making no mistakes, nurturing and helping others are the virtues that make girls explore more, try out new things and strengthen their inner nature. In comparison to boys, girls tend to develop more attentiveness, language, motor skills and self-control.
