Tehran: Following the announcement by the UN chief that Saudi Arabia has agreed on the increase in the oil put on July, Iran came up with reservations. The Iranian representative to OPEC said that any unilateral decision by Saudi Arabia without consulting other OPEC member was not a good move.

London: Saima Malik, 24, former Heathrow worker was arrested and convicted for 9 months imprisonment. Her unlawful act was to write extremist poem, how ever, police also recovered Terrorist’s manual handbooks, Mujahideen Poisons Handbook and several military manuals. The court accepted her request for the right to appeal against her conviction.

Ottawa: Canada’s public safety minister announced that Canada has decided to list “World Tamil Movement” as a terrorist outfit. He said “Listing the WTM as a terrorist organization is an important step in ensuring our safety and security in the global fight against terrorism.”
