New York woman stabbed by anonymous man

Queens, New York (CaymanMama.com) — According to police reports, a 37-year old woman and her daughter were stabbed on Sunday morning. This incident took place when they were walking in Queens Plaza on the morning of June 22nd. The daughter was not harmed. The woman, however, was badly hurt and was immediately taken to a nearby local hospital for treatment.

According to the reports, the mother and daughter were on their way to Queens Plaza North and 22nd St in Long Island City where a man riding bicycle approached them and stabbed the woman on the left side of her chest and instantly rode off to avoid being recognized.

To date, the accused has not been found. As per recent developments, investigations on the case are still ongoing.

Police are also probing for information related to the shooting of a 41-year old man. The identity of the man has not as yet been identified despite the television broadcasts, and no one has come forward to claim the body. The man was found dead with gunshot wounds to his head at about 1:40 in the morning.

The man was immediately rushed to the Jamaica hospital for treatment where he got listed in the critical condition. Later on he was announced as dead as his condition got out of control and nothing could be done as part of treatment.

The investigations are still on and as per police the case will be solved within a few hours.
