Karachi: Speaking about the operation against the militants in the North West Frontier Province, Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani said that he hoped that the operation against the militants should be “result oriented and conclusive”.

Islamabad: The sugar manufacturers have exported more than 4 million tons of sugar to Afghanistan and to other countries. The upsurge in the export of the commodity has paved way for the shortage of sugar in Pakistan markets and is the main factory for pushing up the prices of sugar.

Bearish trend continues at the Karachi Stock exchange

Karachi: 95.43 points were shed by the market during the trading session yesterday. The Karachi stock exchange index stood at 12,126.10 points at the close of the days trading.

Governments goof up at CNG rates makes consumers loose millions

Islamabad: CNG consumers lost millions as CNG gas station charged excessive rates due to the wrong price increase announced by the government while announcing the price hike.
