Musharraf will not leave Pakistan

Islamabad (CaymanMama.com) — “I will continue to live in Islamabad with my family” said former President of Pakistan when he meet 40 member delegation of Pakistan Muslim League (Q) members.

During the meeting with his ex-allies, Musharraf appeared to be relaxed. While replying to the question on resignation from presidency, he said that he did what he though was right at the moment.

While there were speculations that Pervaiz Musharraf would be offered membership of Pakistan Muslim League (Q) by the delegates who had gone to meet him, no such offer was made by the political party to the former president. In reply to question put forward by the representative of Geo News, the former President of Pakistan reiterated that he had no plans of leaving Pakistan, he said that he will stay in Islamabad with his family.

Has he decided to face the music? The ruling coalition specially Nawaz Sharif, chief of Pakistan Muslim League (N) and the President of Supreme Court Bar Association Aitzaz Ahsan both are pressing the government for putting Musharraf on trial for the deed done by him during his rule.
