Kiev/Tbilisi (Reuters): The activity of Nato ships in Black Sea is being monitored by the Russians. The ships have brought humanitarian supplies to Georgia. Russia said that it is monitoring the build up.

Hijackers aboard Sudanese airplane free passengers - hold crew members hostage

Tripoli (Reuters): Passengers abroad hijacked Sudanese airplane were released by their captives. The hijackers did not release the crew of the airplane. The airplane was hijacked after taking off from Darfur region and landed in remote Sahara desert oasis of Kufrah. Negotiations with the hijackers is underway.

Libyan leader, Muammar Gaddafi, indicted by Lebanon for disappearance of Lebanese Shia leader

Beirut (Reuters): The Lebanese court reopened a case against the Libyan leader, Muammar Gaddafi for his involvement in the disappearance of a Lebanese Shia leader 30 years ago while he was visiting Lybia. According to the Libyan authorities the Shia leader had left the country safely. But the Lebanese sources said that the court had approved an investigation stating that “We decided … to accuse Muammar Gaddafi… of inciting the kidnapping and withholding the freedom of… Imam Musa al-Sadr.”

Warner Bros, sue makers of Bollywood movie ‘Hari Puttar’ for copying “Harry Potter”

Mumbai (Reuters): The Indian film maker has been sued by Warner Bros. on charges that their movie ‘Hari Putter’ bears similarity with their famous ‘Harry Potter’ movies, the right of which are held by Warner Bros. Delhi high court will begin the hearing of the case on Monday.

Killing of protestors in Kashmir - UN takes notice

United Nations: High Commissioner of Human Rights took notice of killing of Kashmiri protestors in the violence between Indian security forces and the protestors in the Indian held Kashmir.
