Google Chrome Browser

Dallas: (AFP) With Internet Explorer being used by approximately 60% of the internet users and with Fire fox way behind in the game of browsers, Google has attempted to launch its own browser aiming to take over Microsoft.

Google will be launching it browser Google Chrome on Tuesday. The Google Chrome, as announced in the Google Blog late on the Labor Day said that the browser “has been designed to cope with the next generation of graphics and multimedia dominated web applications.”

The good news is that the initial launch of the Chrome will be available for Windows machines in over 100 countries. Mac and Linux users will have to wait till the search engine giant releases it versions for Mac.

With the launch of Chrome, the rivalry between the two companies can intensify. Microsoft did attempt to buy out Yahoo at $47.5 billion to offset dominance of Google on the search engine market.

Chrome according to the experts might turnout to be a dangerous competitor to Internet Explorer.
