Idea of attacking Iran ‘Not Good’ says Bush

London: The closed door, one to one meeting held between the Israeli head of state and President Bush during the US President’s visit to Israel on its 60th anniversary, the Israeli Prime Minister had tabled a suggestion of attacking Iran’s nuclear assets. The suggestion was strongly negated by the US President.

Terrorist suspects held at German Airport aboard KLM flight

Berlin (Reuters): Two terrorists suspects both of the belonging to Somalia had been taken into custody by the German police while the two had boarded KLM flight. The police raided the aircraft after the official had found a note in the luggage indicating their intention of launching a terrorist attack.

China in trouble over tainted milk issue

Beijing (AFP): With 53,000 babies falling ill after drinking tainted milk, China toxic milk scandal has earned bad name for the country. India, Libya, Togo, Benin, Suriname have halted import of Chinese milk powder. The famous Chinese candy ‘White Rabbit Candy’ has also been removed from shelves after testing positive with melamine enriched contents.

Muslims in Chicago swindled of their saving

Chicago (AP): Sunrise Corporation attracted the South Asian Muslims from Pakistan and India to invest their savings into their real estate ventures have seized its operations. The company’s attorney has file for voluntary bankruptcy.

According to the report Salman Ibrahim had persuaded around 200 investors to invest in their saving and mortgage their homes helping to fund real estate investments. The amount so swindled is approximately $50 million.

Israel must behave - Israeli settlement policy slammed by Arabs

United Nations (AFP): The Arab countries spoke against the settlement policies of Israel , saying that its is against the spirit of International policy and is making the peace deal more difficult. The Saudi foreign minister said “The only path to Israel’s security is peace and it is time for Israel to understand that it cannot continue to exempt itself from behaving in accordance to international law.”
