Washington: The US president George W. Bush inked the bill permitting the transfer and sale of nuclear technology to India for civilian purposes. While speaking at the occasion the President said “This legislation will enhance our cooperation in using nuclear energy to power our economies. Baghdad (AFP): At least 9 people were killed and 17 injured when a woman suicide bomber blew herself off outside an Iraqi court, 60 kilometers North of Baghdad. 2 army majors, 5 soldiers and a policeman were among the dead.
