The ordering process is really the key interest in Which Wich making the customizing experience even better and more personalized. Their “revolutionary ordering system” uses red markers to check off their selections from pre-printed sandwich menus on brown paper bags.
The customer has a choice of 10 different sandwich categories such as Turkey, Classics, Vegetarian and Italian, then checks the type of bread, dressings, cheese and extras they want. Giving the customer endless options is the edge that Which Wich uses to set them apart from the normal sandwich shop.
In addition to the expansive menu and interesting ordering method, the overall ambiance of the restaurant is upbeat and fun with “vibes” posted on the walls including peace signs, question marks and lightening bolts.
