US hits settled areas in Pakistan
Bannu: The US army after targeting militants stronghold areas now have started to target the settled areas of Pakistan, killing civilians. The US drones fired two missiles in Bannu resulting in the death of 4 people injury the same number.

Islamabad: To stabilize the economic condition of Pakistan, Pakistan has no choice but to take the IMF option. The special cabinet meeting, yesterday, approved IMF funding of $7.6 billion loan. The Prime Minister instructed the ministry of Finance to complete the formalities and negotiations in this regards without any delays.
Industrial relations ordinance 2002 repealed by PPP government
Islamabad: Musharraf’s ‘Black Laws’, a the PM - Yusuf Raza Gilani said, would be repealed one by one. Resultantly, the Industrial Relations Ordinance - 2002 was scraped by the PPP led government. The Union curbing law has been replaced by new Industrial Relations Bill which the Prime Minister terms as “a great achievement.’
PML-N in firing range - PPP and PML-Q turn buddies
Islamabad: Pakistan Peoples Party and Pakistan Muslim League (Q) were clearly seen backing each other in the parliament session yesterday. This happened as PML-N ignored the request of PML-Q to look into the matter of police excesses made in the constituency of a lawmaker Raza Hayat Hiraj, who have filed the complaint and had also brought the matter to the notice of the Prime Minister about the brutality of the police in Punjab.
Karachi Stock Market stages modest rise
Karachi: With 0.33 points rise on the board some life was seen in the stagnant activities of the investors. The KSE-100 index however retained its earlier position of 9,184. 09 at the end of the days trading session.
