Duplium submitted samples of the products they manufacture to be tested to address the guidelines outlined in the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act, and passed with flying colors

In compliance with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission requirements and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act, Duplium submitted samples of the products they manufacture to be tested to address the guidelines outlined in CPSIA 108 as well as CPSIA 101, including CD cases, DVD cases, CD’s, and DVD’s as well as vinyl disk holders and other plastic disk delivery products.
All tests were performed by approved third party labs and found that all products manufactured or sold by the optical media company are in compliance with:
• CPSIA Section 108: Prohibition on Sale of Certain Products Containing Specified Phthalates. All products contain no specified phthalates traceable at CPSC specified limits.
• CPSIA Section 101: Children’s Products Containing Lead, Lead Paint Rule. All products contain mo lead in levels traceable at CPSC specified limits.
