The Environmental Protection Agency is now making another discovery that may prompt the public to take more measures to cut down their carbon footprint.

Dallas, Texas (CaymanMama.com) –The dangers of global warming are becoming more and more apparent and the Environmental Protection Agency is now making another discovery that may prompt the public to take more measures to cut down their carbon footprint.

The Agency recently concluded that carbon dioxide as well as five other greenhouse gases pose a great danger to public health and welfare. This discovery is the first in many steps to regulate pollution associated with to climate change.

According to a AP news report, “Congressional sources told The Associated Press that EPA will announce its proposed finding Friday and begin a comment period before issuing a final ruling. The EPA also will say tailpipe emissions from motor vehicles contribute to climate change.”

The finding has not been formally announced thus far.

Two years ago, the Supreme Court set an action in movement for the investigation of greenhouse gases as the main form of pollutants under the Clean Air Act. The Court also said that pollutants must be regulated if determined to be a human health danger.
