Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Aviva Bobb ruled Tuesday that ex-manager Sam Lutfi and attorney Jon Eardley must stay at least 100 yards away from Spears and her two kids for a period of three years
Shreveport, Louisiana (CaymanMama.com) — Pop tartlet Britney Spears and her camp can take a sigh of relief after Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Aviva Bobb ruled Tuesday that ex-manager Sam Lutfi and attorney Jon Eardley must stay at least 100 yards away from Spears and her two kids for a period of three years.
According to a report by the AFP, Lutfi and Eardley were smacked with a restraining order in January.
The star’s father, Jamie Spears is conservatorship of his daughter’s estate, and initiated the restraining order against the Lutfi and Eardley on the basis that they contributed to Britney’s emotional decline.
Britney Spears released her latest album Circus in December 2008 and is currently finishing up her U.S. tour and preparing for the European leg of the tour.
Fans and critics alike anticipated the Circus tour as Spears’ major comeback after a highly publicized mental and professional breakdown.
