Birmingham, Alabama (CaymanMama.com) –Pet owners can now rest easy taking care of Fido or Fluffy using a new pet management software app for Mac OS X, called Clarus 1.0, developed by KennetNet Software.
The app will cost $24.11.
Clarus will aid pet lovers in tracking and maintaining animal insurance documents, medical records, veterinary bills and receipts associated with those expenses.
Clarus will even assist in the case of a missing pet, allowing users to print a missing poster including the pet’s picture and basic details. Important appointments and reminders such as medication due dates, vet appointments, birthdays and insurance renewal dates are all synced with iCal.
The app can also be used with AppleScript, giving the user the ability to make their pet’s data available to other applications.
System requirements call for Mac OS X 10.5, 16MB hard disk space.
