Construction accident news - Missouri man dies after falling inside a construction tank

Branson, Missouri (CaymanMama.com) — At the Chippewa Valley ethanol plant in Benson, a 26-years old Missouri worker, named James Pippen fell 60 feet into an under-construction tank. The worker lost his life as the result of the fatal fault.
The Swift Country Sheriff said that the construction accident happened at the plant at about 2:15 p.m. The accident is under investigation by the Swift County coroner, the Sheriff’s office and the Occupational safety and health administration, Minnesota Division reports.
Construction accidents like these happens frequently. Some are fatal while others result in catastrophic or soft tissue injuries. It becomes difficult, at times, to ascertain the fault.
