In one such car accident, a teenager from Millburn crashed his Jeep Cherokee into the victim’s Nissan Versa. The South Orange resident lost his life as the result of the accident. The teenager turned himself in at the Millburn police station where Essex County prosecutors have asked for the teenager to be tried as an Adult.

The defendant faces four years in jail if he is tried as a teenager; if tried as an adult, he will get a sentence of 10 to 30 years, reports New York Times.
