Bollywood Movie Review - Main Aur Mrs. Khanna - After the release

Mumbai, India: Main Aur Mrs. Khanna, a flick which was expected to make a mark in the Indian cinema and a movie for which the people might have spent hours waiting for an entry ticket, sadly, turns out to be below average film. One cannot blame the actors, the film has top notch actors like Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor in the main lead. Its a weak script that has to be blamed. The movie which could have been an intense and complicated story of romance and love fails to meet the expectation.

The film is about a Sameer Khanna (Salman Khan) and Riana (Kareena Kapoor) a girl who has been brought up in a orphanage. Both of them meet and much against Sameer parents wishes both of them get married. They arrive in Melbourne in pursuit of making a living where Sameer looses money and decides to go to Singapore and wants to send his wife Riana to India till his financial affairs get better. Mrs. Khanna decides against going to India and continues to live in Australia and gets a job at the airport.

Comes in Aakash (Sohail Khan) who helps Riana with the money and work and slowly falls in love with Riana believing that Sameer Khanna would not return but Sameer comes back to take his wife back to Singapore just to find out that Aakash and Riana have developed a bond and Riana had filed marriage with Aakash for the sake of work permit.

Sajid Wajid have done a pretty good job with the music. Songs of the movie perfectly match with the mood of the film.
