Aurora, Colorado (CaymanMama.com) — Thanks to the watchful eye of U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers, a load of fake Viagra pills has been confiscated, saving thousands of men from the humiliation of a disappointing intimate encounter.
The shipment of 21,6000 fake “little blue pills” were making their way through Miami International Airport en route from India on October 9th when officers suspected something was wrong about the boxes the shipments came in, according to a federal agency press release.
After agency import specialists took a closer look, they found the counterfeit pills were “inconsistent with authentic Viagra”.
“We just know it’s not authentic, but we don’t know what’s in it,” said Customs and Border Protection spokesman Jose Castellano.
“If something is counterfeit, there’s no telling what they were manufactured with, and it could be harmful.”
Castellano said the pills did not undergo chemical testing to prove they were imposters.
The boxes were on their way to another country, but that location was not disclosed due to the investigation, he added.
