GSML.PK is now the controlling shareholder of Warrior Entertainment Group as of February 13,2012. Mr. Edward Hanjoul, Chairman and CEO of G & S International Minerals, Inc. (GSML.PK) stated that “G & S International Minerals, Inc. WEG is in the business of capturing revenue within the Mixed Martial Arts industry, one of the fastest growing sports in the world. Warrior Entertainment training, nutrition, clothing and sports beverages will be the principal drivers for the company. WEG is led by President Rigan Machado, a living legend in the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Mr. Machado owns, operates, and has the Machado name attached to over 300 academies worldwide.
