Niu-Gu Restaurant (Chinese: Beef-Bone) The new hidden hot-spot in Las Vegas Chinatown, is best known for its modern interpretation of classic Chinese dishes and its insistence on only using high quality, fresh, organic ingredients will roll out over the next few weeks the first 100% grower Tea List and “Farm to Cup” Tea program in America.
