Nawaz Sharif tells reporters that Special force is need to fight terrorists

Lahore: Pakistan still needs special forces to fight terrorists, despite the fact that Pakistan already has many such forces and this country that is living on aid from US and other countries of the world is struggling to equip the present police and security agencies which time and again fail to counter any act of terrorism, yet the PML-N leader says that special force is needed to counter terrorism.

Why cannot the present police force be upgraded, trained and equipped? Why Pakistan needs to introduce any new expense center which would be rendered useless by some other political leader? Or these leader happy to issue such statements with their political motives in mind?
